Service Policy
This is a real, live evaluation — not a digital product or a pre-recorded service.
Each session is reserved and conducted manually, based on your profile and target role.
No refunds
All purchases are final.
Once a session is booked and delivered, refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session just ONCE, as long as it is done at least 2 hours before your scheduled time.
Missed sessions without prior rescheduling are considered completed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Technical issues
A refund may only be considered if there is a verifiable platform failure that prevents the session from taking place (e.g., Google Meet or Calendly outage at the time of the interview).
Personal connectivity issues, device problems, or last-minute availability conflicts do not qualify as service failures.
Nature of the service
This is not a coaching session or a guided practice.
The purpose of the interview is to evaluate how you perform under real interview conditions and provide a clear, unbiased breakdown of your performance.
The feedback is based on real hiring criteria.
Recording requirement
All sessions are recorded.
Recording is a core part of the service, as it allows for an accurate evaluation of your performance and the delivery of a precise written breakdown after the interview.
Recordings are used strictly for internal purposes, including performance analysis, quality control and improvement of the evaluation process.
Your personal and professional information will never be shared, published, or disclosed. Any internal use of data is anonymized and handled with care.

Attend on time
Come prepared for a real technical interview
Provide accurate context (CV, role, etc.) before the session
This ensures the evaluation reflects your actual level and produces meaningful results.
